Policy on Conflict Materials...

We, Uhr is aware of the importance of conflict materials management, and respect its multilateral efforts to investigate, monitor, stop activities involving exploitation of natural resources that could be helped to illegally armed groups and human rights violations in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and adjoining countries.

Conflict materials are Tantalum, Tungsten, Tin, and Gold which the illegal armed groups use forced labor to mine.

Uhr respects the dignity and importance of human rights. Because 'conflict minerals' can sometimes make their way into the supply chains, Uhr will not purchase any natural ores containing Tantalum, Tungsten, Tin, or Gold.

Uhr will also only purchase materials containing these elements from verifiable sources known not to use conflict ores in the production of metals.

Therefore, as part of our company's commitment to corporate responsibility and respecting human rights in our own operations, we will only procure raw materials that can be verified as not originating from conflict sources.

In support of the above, Uhr will:

1. Exercise due diligence with relevant suppliers consistent with the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas and encourage our suppliers to do likewise with their suppliers.
2. Provide, and expect our suppliers to cooperate in providing, due diligence information to confirm the conflict mineral(s) in our supply-chain does not support conflict.
3. Immediately discontinue engagement with suppliers who pose a reasonable risk to be supporting conflict.
4. Commit to transparency in the implementation of this policy by making available reports on our progress to our customers, relevant stakeholders and the public (as required).
